Otherwise you must run the BIOS config utility from floppy and the F10 key to enter the BIOS won't work. Additionally I warn you to execute "sp1454.exe Hard Disk Partition Restoration Utility 1.00" on your Elite, as it destroys your partitions without a prior warning. If Windows for Workgroups 3.11 crashes during startup (keyboard and/or mouse stop responding) you should go for "SP0738.ZIP WfW3.11 not responding after start fix"
