NVIDIA 474.30 and 474.66 driver, modded for Windows 8 and 8.1 support for RTX 30 series (2023)

This is the NVIDIA 474.30 Windows 7 driver, but it is modded so that the RTX 30 series GPUs can be used on Windows 8 and 8.1. It is not required to turn on test mode or anything else. You just need to install the root certificate (the included .CRT file), reboot disabling driver signature enforcement (hold shift before clicking restart, and once you reboot into the startup options, press 7), and only then install the driver manually via the Device Manager, as the setup exe may not launch without certain updates. Once the driver is installed, you can reboot normally, and you should not need to have driver signature enforcement disabled, the driver should work fine as normal. I got these files from https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/bypassing-windows-8-1-restriction-on-windows-7-drivers.446683/page-3 However, for those of you who want to use Windows 8.0, you will have to use the zip version, and most likely manually install it, as a stock windows 8.0 ISO will cause the .exe installer to crash. Also, I had to manually add the 30 series entries in the nv4_dispi.inf file for NT 6.2, because for whatever reason, they did not add the entries under the 6.2 section. Of course, this resulted in the driver signature breaking, so before installing the driver, you will need to hold down the shift key before clicking restart, and then once the menu loads with the options after rebooting, you need to press 7 to disable driver signature enforcement. Otherwise, installing the driver (which would need to be done in the device manager under 8.0), would result in Windows complaining that the driver may be tampered with. Once you reboot into Windows 8 with the driver signature enforcement disabled, you can go ahead and extract the zip file, and go to the device manager.
