The hardware it came with: Items ITV 301 PCI Stereo TV tuner, which is a PCI expansion card. The controller chip on it is a Philips Semiconductors SAA7135. Usable (was) for reception of analog television broadcast over cable or air, and also has composite video, audio, and S-video cable inputs. The software: device drivers, plus a TV capture software is bundled, which is called TV Expert, version 1.5. (The latter is rubbish, never worked for me, so I used VLC Player to view the card's output.) Got it in the Central European region. Supported OS: Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista. The manual lists some other cards/chips that are supported by this CD, see screenshot!
